You Really are Beautiful

I’m so disappointed and appalled with the lack of service when I walked in. I walked in and saw that a lady was helping someone so I went over to have a browse while I waited. Then I went up to the counter and stood there for 5 minutes, no one in front of me, but the lady sitting behind the counter looked up, saw me, then put her head back down to continue stapling papers together and completely ignore me! Didn’t even acknowledge me or ask to help me. Another lady came up behind the counter to take a sip of her water and walked off, still no recognition and as if I was invisible! I came into this store because I needed help for a maternity bra, which I have never purchased before. There are good reviews for this store but to be treated as if I’m completely invisible is disgusting. I understand being busy, but it is not hard to smile and greet a customer and let them know someone will be with you shortly!

I had a very positive experience in the shop today. I felt very at ease to try things on without the pressure to buy. The staff were very helpful, professional and friendly. The products are well edited - there is just enough choice and I found all the products were good quality, fit well and comfy. The staff even helped me to lodge a Medicare claim for my prosthesis, which made the process very easy. I would definitely shop here again and highly recommend to others. I have felt self conscious since my masectomy surgery and I now feel much more confident wearing my new purchases.

I went to You Really Are Beautiful for the first time today. I had high expectations from a dedicated specialty store, but instead was extremely disappointed with the service that I received. The lady who served me was cold and seemed uninterested. I felt as though I was too much effort to serve and felt rushed and pressured into making a purchase without being shown any options. Bra shopping is hard enough, especially when you need specialty sizes, this experience left me feeling unvalued and deflated.

Having a fairly substantial bosom to support buying a new bra can be a real trial. Not to the lovely lady who helped me today. Nothing was too much trouble and I was able to walk out of the shop with a new bra that was a proper fit. Exceptional service. I will be recommending them.

Today I received the most incredible service I’ve ever had! Penny knew exactly what styles to suggest and made the bra shopping process purely effortless. I usually leave empty-handed from other bra shops, struggling to find anything that actually fits. But today from You Really Are Beautiful, I left with so many beautiful options that all fit perfectly. Can’t recommend this shop enough!!

Having called ahead to explain I was accompanying a person with complex needs, I was able to arrange a suitable time to visit to receive the attention we required. Penny met us at the door and immediately made us feel at ease. Penny listened to our requests and brought lots of suggestions and ideas without overwhelming my companion. In the end we left with the perfect bra, having purchased four of them because they were exactly what was needed.Many thanks to Penny and her team for the amazing service and helpful advice.Would highly recommend!!!

My sister was going into hospital, a cancer patient, bought two nightgowns from here. They were not used, she had her receipt but because she’d cut the price tag off (which even if you bought for a gift you’d do). They refused a refund or even a Credit Note! She has been shopping here for years and buys not only her prosthesis but nightwear, underwear and gifts. Expensive two nighties for $137.90 she has just thrown away. Disgusting, uncaring, unprofessional service. DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM HERE!

Took my Daughter who is very anxious around new people and was worried about being measured to the beautiful ladies at You Really are Beautiful and they made her feel at ease and even managed to get her to be happy with her choices and gave her some great advice as well. Can not recommend them enough thank you .

I had the most wonderful women , Carmel, serve me today. Nothing at all was a bother to her. She really wanted to get the perfect fit and look for me. She was very sensitive to my needs and made me feel extremely comfortable. I highly recommend anybody needing breast prosthesis to visit this shop. Everything you need is all in the one place. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly, excellent range of maternity bras. Great products, great service.
