Kazza's Barber Shop

Used to provide a great haircut every single time. I have always been to Kazza for haircut since I came to Rocky. But my previous two haircut experience has been really bad. I am never going there again for a haircut.

Customer service is horrible. No numbering system and you have to wait in the store. But then people jumping off the que and particularly one staff member seems to think “it’s ok” (as she said).Also smile and greet are out of question….it seems.Whatever maybe the reason, head office need to have a look.

Will never go back there. Very poor customer service, I found the ladies rude, they do not smile, or greet you, no number ticketing service. I took my son in and asked for a fade Mohawk, even showed her 2 pictures that were similar to the hair cut I requested and it was no where near what I wanted. Very unhappy with my visit.

Had a terrible cut from a hairdresser of my sons hair. Went to kazzas to get it fixed and they did a great job and chose not to charge me ❤

Closed" at 5:10 p.m. but we're open online and in store till 5:30. Two hairdressers sitting there talking waiting for their shifts to end without doing any work. Made suggestions that they were in contact with their bosses and that the times should be updated but I doubt that will happen. If you would like to receive a haircut at the advertised opening times. Don't come here."

Service was appalling !!! Had to take the grandchildren back twice to mend the dreadful haircuts they were given !! They were disgusting !! Gave them the benifit of the doubt returned the children for haircuts the second time service was appalling once again, they were not taking into account their cliental what so ever they applied regulations the if not seated in shop automatically go to end of queue even though clients outside were jumping the queue after clients had been waiting an hour or so inside, I pointed the issue to the hairdresser who said you should be greatful others have waited 2 Hours ! I said what ! Who waits 2 hours for a cut after being told 30 mins.With that another hairdresser decides to pull an extendible gate across the shop. Don't put yourself through the grill of such appalling service and dreadful haircuts! For me and my grandchildren are deeply greatful for wonderful haircuts and professionalism from another boutique for less the money !!

Absolutely mortified by the Customer Service I witnessed by the staff at the Stocklands store. The staff in this store offer no Customer Service and I would never use them. Repeat fix up hair cuts is their standard. Head Office really need to have a good look at their staff.

They don’t really know how to cut how they do it crooked the first and last time I’ve went there I don’t recommend going there the staff there can be rude
