Had a very good experience with Dee tonight. She was very helpful and informative and helped me find some great hiking boots and socks. Did not rush me even when the store had shut. Will definitely be coming back in the future.

Just received the best customer experience with Dee to choose a daypack. She asked lots of questions to make sure it was the best one for my needs and even put a sand bag in it so I could test it with weight in it. Nothing was too much. Thanks heaps!

Helpful friendly staff. A lot of camping, fishing & sporting variety but the clothing is lacking. Size S or XS is the only items left on the hangers for most of the women's clothing & mens its XL, XXL. Make sure you try before you buy because the sizing is on the smaller side. Probably best ordering online after you know your size & save yourself time.

I'm the regular customer in Bayswater, they always have extensive range of fishing and outdoor products. The staff are always knowledgeable for customers needs. I also have been there VIP night, there were absolutely fantastic.

Guys you can find way better deals online..especially with the service from this store.Came to purchase a gift card, guy at the counter could not walk a few steps to get the card and was too difficult to try and find an envelope which i didnt mind paying for. Won't be going back there thankfully.
