Great service with a special thanks to Nick Moran. Nick has done my taxes for the last several years and I couldn’t be happier with his service and professionalism. Doing my taxes isn’t straightforward, as I have spent a lot of time moving back and forth between the U.S. and Australia. I’ve also been occupied with an entrepreneurial pursuit that has turned out to be a long undertaking. Despite all this, Nick always responds to questions promptly and is very knowledgeable. I visited Brian’s office to set up a self-managed super fund. Firstly I was blown away by the architecture of the office a truly beautiful and inviting space. I was greeted by friendly staff and went through to Brian’s office where he took the time to explain the details in a clear concise manner and took the time to go back over anything that I was still unsure of. I had been a very happy customer of MMA and Jeannie for over 12 years even while I lived in other states. However my dealings with this office over the past year leaves a lot to be desired and their service fees far exceed what I can pay in a city. After 12 years as a loyal customer I have found a new accountant who do not have a problem proving me with their fee schedule and who don't charge for every little query. To be fair, for the majority years I would rate MMA 4 star, however based on current experiences I am hard pressed to give more than 2 star.
