From the initial quotation provided by Ginnie to the completion of the wardrobe build by Lewis, the entire experience was easy and seamless. The quotation itself was thorough, accompanied by detailed drawings and examples which provided us with a clear understanding of what to expect.There was no pressure placed after receiving the quote which allowed us to proceed at our own pace.Lewis was very professional, worked diligently, kept to himself, was very quiet and cleaned up after the build.The wardrobe exceeded our expectations and matched what we had envisioned.We couldn't be happier with the result.Great service and work.Highly recommended!

Betta is the worst company I have ever had to deal with.Poor workmanship and demanding payment before the defects were attended to.Very unprofessional. Disgraceful behaviour from the people in head office. Bullies is a perfect word to describe the people that work in this office.Many defects that are not fixed and they refuse to come back and rectify.I am hoping with the bad reviews people will not go ahead with this company.Do yourself a favour and stay well away from their company.

I've used Betta Wardrobes in the past and enlisted their help once again for a custom wardrobe & desk design for my son's room. The quality and price are hard to beat and the installation was carried out seamlessly by one man in a morning. We chose a polyurethane finish in a Dulux colour and the finished product looks great, and really unique. I love that they're manufactured locally here in Sydney. Highly recommend.

My old sliding shower screen was removed and taken away to be replaced with a custom measured glass door. This took only two weeks before Christmas and was done professionally and with great care. I am really happy to recommend Betta Wardrobes and all the staff I dealt with from start!

Awful. Did a dreadful job installing - doors were wonky and everything was poorly finished. Needed two visits from a senior fitter" to put right. They even cut into my horsehair plaster ceiling and cornices instead of cutting their panels to size as they should have done. The ceiling inside the wardrobe later collapsed and Betta refused to make good saying "you didn't tell us NOT to cut into the ceiling" and "take us to court". Avoid these incompetent

We have used Betta wardrobes on 2 separate occasions and they have done a great job both times. We built a new house and they put in 3 wardrobes, 2 hallway cupboards and created a door for our under stair storage.Value for money, they are unbeatable. The staff are all very friendly and both installers we have had were great to deal with. They work out the slight little kinks that need to be fixed for things to work perfectly and the end product looks great.Would definitely use them again.
