I stopped at this servo to fill the car tank travelling from Adelaide to Melbourne (so one can understand my need to go to toilet).It was 11:51pm- after paying for the fuel when I was heading towards the toilets. I was NOT ALLOWED to use the toilet because the staff named Crystal said “you cannot use the toilet anymore because I have already cleaned it”. I paid for the fuel and it is my right to use the toilet.If the toilet is out of order- it’s understandable. But denying to use the toilet merely because “i will have to clean again” reflects the lousy attitude of staff.If they cannot let customers use their toilet, they should not be serving fuel as well.

So this rating is a proviso. It is well lit and safe enough for a traveller to stop for a couple of hours rest. Restaurant was not open at time of visit, apparently new management imminent. A dog wash and walking area would be good if you're open to ideas from a regular traveller

Don't bother. I sat for an hour waiting for a chicken schnitzel just to be informed she forgot about it. I barely got an apology as she begrudgingly gave me my refund as I didn't have time to wait any longer. Maybe they could ask themselves why they have signs up asking g you not to be rude to the staff.
