Seriously unethical behaviour by the sales girl! My MIL was sold a far more expensive phone than she requested and given absolutely zero instructions on how to set it up. In fact, she was told to go look it up. Completely took advantage of an elderly woman. Horrible customer service. Shameful and predatory behaviour

If you want someone who delivers bad news with a smile, Moudy is your guy.He was cheerful throughout our interaction, even throwing on some tunes to settle the nerves due to my ongoing SMS issue ( I'm not receiving them ).He offered a lot of help and advice and not any empty resassurance like so many of the overseas customer support people do. He was the best at taking my issue to heart even though he knew he couldn't solve it all the way.I think he deserves a raise.

unbelievable experience, mick was amazing, was there to cater for my every need and was more than happy to answer any question I had. They refused to sell a phone outright via eftpos and said it was cash only for a $1800 phone! This wasn't just a decision by a low level salesman, they actually called their boss to ask so it's straight from the top. Very obviously something off with that business wise. They only wanted to sell it via a monthly fee plan or cash and the whole process was like dealing with a used car salesman. All I wanted to do was buy a phone outright via eftpos and then signup to an Optus plan so my monthly fee would only be the plan cost since the phone was already paid for. I'm assuming they don't make as much money doing that vs paying off the phone via a monthly fee.

The guys there have to much knowledge abt phones and very helpful
