Great range of parts and accessories for almost every automotive project you can think of. Friendly staff make it easy to approach and ask for anything from assistance finding something in store to giving advice on the differences between similar products. The price guarantee when you sign up to the free membership is nice little bonus and offers peace of mind if you lose reciepts often.

Horrible experience. Car battery died. Managed to get it started and drove it to the store to get a replacement. Get the battery, but they say they can't fit it because it is too close to closing time. I was there just before 5pm and the store closes at 5:30pm. Apparently 30minutes to change a battery isn't enough time, and it is a safety concern that the light is starting to fade. Ended up havinng to get someone else to come to the store with tools to be able to swap the batteries out. Waited 15 minutes for someone to get there and still left by 5:25pm. Useless. I won't be going back there ever.

I had the most amazing interaction with Rory at super cheap Carseldine. He replaced the light globe in my car in no time. I didn’t have to wait and most importantly was treated in the most polite fashion by both Rory and the beautiful girl on the front register. Thank you for employing such amazing staff.

Not only was the person with the keys late arriving, we left when it took longer for them to set up and open the doors while half a dozen customers waited outside also.This is what happens when you try to promote the younger generation.
