Can not thank them enough for their help. They helped me over the phone In a stressful situation. Gave me advise on my car came out and checked car over and suggested I get a mobile locksmith out. They didn't have to help like that but they did! Also rang a couple days later to check if everything was going ok. Absolute legends in my eyes! Best service in town! Recommend these guys 100%

the front left wheel of my car got stuck over the edge of the ditch when I pulled over on the side of the road at night. I tried driving out both ways to no avail. Called roadside assist, turned on the hazard lights. While I was waiting in the car, a fella from the business pulled over to check up like the good samaritan. He got out easily and didn't charge me. Roadside assist called later and I told them I got out.

Fantastic service and at a great price! They go above and beyond when it comes to getting your vehicle from A to B. When an issue came up they took full responsibiility in an extremely professional manor. I would recommend these guys to everyone!

We were in Coffs Harbour for the Coffs Coast Rally and needed a tow truck for our rally car in a tricky forest location, off the road and down a bank. Scott from North Coast Towing was amazing. He worked out very quickly how to extract the car with some inspired thinking. 11 out of 10 for his customer service. He came straight out when we called (I’m sure he had better things to do late on a Sunday afternoon). After the car was loaded on the truck he was extremely helpful and went the extra mile sorting out where we could unload and store the car overnight.
