Phillip and Terry as well as the young man I didn’t catch the name of last Sunday (21/1) and also Colin, make shopping here a really confident pleasure. Their service and product knowledge is excellent - and if they don’t know they are quick to be typing and researching to get you an answer. These guys are an asset to the RTM team. Thanks for all your help and support over the last couple of weeks. Between solar panels, batteries, fridges and boating gear we are sure to be freezing the “scales” of the fishy monkeys!! And pro’s at shooting flies. (Not a typo) Thanks guys.

I purchased a 50 litre Brass Monkey dual zone fridge about a year ago and even though the unit was still woking as a single zone fridge the freezer compartment wouldn’t work. Took it back to RTM Cairns on a Sunday afternoon and the helpful chap swapped out the display / control unit and fixed it on the spot. No paperwork or proof of purchase required just good old fashioned service. Thanks RTM

On Mulgrave Road just out of town from BCF. Great range of campers and boaters stock. Really helpful staff made a great shopping experience. Got my Brass Monkey camp/car fridge, UHF Radio, PLB and lots of other items all at really good prices. A pleasure to walk around and see all thats new. As Arni says, I'll be back"."
