Terrible booking system majorly inconveniencing many people. Booked my jab appointment online and arrived 5 mins early just to be in a queue with 20 others waiting for their jab as well, even walk ins. Waited over 45 minutes for my scheduled appointment that should have taken 5 minutes. Majorly affected my work day and meetings despite allocated a reasonable time for my scheduled jab. The employees were nice I just wish they would have been honest and said what was really happening and that people were waiting almost an hour because I would have left immediately and that would have saved my schedule rather than waiting around since they implied it would be soon. A notice of delay would have been great either at the front desk or via sms/email as they have all online bookings details. Not sure why there is an online booking system in place as it’s only inconveniencing many people. Just be honest with patients so we can adjust to the issue accordingly and to show that you value our time as well. Don’t recommend online booking here.

I cannot express how grateful I am for all Jordan's advice, service and just general friendliness. In a panic (and with a migraine) I just realised I didn't have my meds. I raced down and even though they were closed, Jordan opened back up for me to get my medication. Best chemist ever !

Definitely the best customer service I have seen in a pharmacy and on the coast in general. After meeting Amr and the rest of the crew i knew this was a top quality establishment. They will actually tell you the right product for you even if it is cheaper than other products. Super friendly, they know everybody by name and always welcome you in with a smile. Very thorough and professional, they will go the extra mile to help anyone too. I always tell people now that this is the best doctor's surgery and pharmacy set up. Plus they are open 7 days a week. I literally couldn't ask for anything more from a pharmacy.

Best pharmacy I've ever been to. This isn't the closest pharmacy to where I live but I leave all my scripts here & have kept coming back for over 12 months because their service is outstanding. Amr & his staff are just great people who go out of their way to help you & treat you like a regular at your local cafe´

Have tried going in to get things from this chemist multiple times during their so called opening hours and have not been able to multiple times. The one time I've actually managed to get a script filled and someone was there, they gave me someone else's so I had to go back and get it changed over and they said they couldn't because I didn't have the script - because they still had it from filling it earlier. Would definitely not recommendEditing this review as I am not able to respond to the owners comments - I’ve forwarded the screenshots to Terry White Head Office and I’d suggest that you take feedback on board instead of constantly accusing customers of harassment and lies.

Best chemist by far!Prices are very competitive. I called up after hours and still received a phone call back that night. The customer service is the best you will get on the Sunshine Coast. You guys are very understanding and helpful. I highly recommend this chemist for anything you need. I promise to anyone you will not be let down. 5 star store.

Unfortunately I had a negative experience where the staff member (or owner) gave me generic brand of the wrong product without asking if I wanted generic first. The staff member (or owner) was also on a phone call the entire time complaining about his job and did not acknowledge me. I had the owner message me directly to make excuses for the staff but did not issue an apology, I would have removed my negative review if I had received a decent apology at the time.
