Janice called me for property feedback after attending an open for inspection which my partner and I were happy to provide, when I mentioned we wanted more yard space she rudely told us there was enough yard space, and that the current owner has 2 dogs. She then slandered another agent who had a much more reasonably priced property on the market claiming that they under quote their properties and to expect to pay above the advertised asking range, a statement I find to be false.

It has been a very positive experience renting through Janice Dunn and team. Any maintenance has been dealt with very promptly and Janice and Anne have been so friendly, genuine and helpful! We have not just found a house to rent but a home and community we love!
