I was told that Charlie Battisti was the best, and that’s what I wanted, so I drove over for a quote. The reception I got was far from friendly or interested. This wasn’t to be an insurance job, I wanted to pay to have someone fix some scratches on my much loved Volkswagen.Noel wasn’t interested in my job. He was dismissive, and didn’t even want to come out and look at my car. He said it would cost a lot and ‘people don’t appreciate how much it will cost.’ I said I had a fair idea what it would cost. I knew it wouldn’t be cheap. I wanted a good job. That’s why I came. And there was no rush. I knew they’d be busy.Noel said he gets more money through insurance companies, and anyway he added, the insurance companies pay more to fix Mercedes, Porsche and BMW, than a Volkswagen like mine.If you’re female and like to be treated with courtesy and respect, avoid this business.

The team here at Charlie Battista provided, not only exemplary service, their repair work on my 2 damaged doors on my c43 was brilliant. Additionally the team professionally provided an absolute brilliant polish and clean of the vehicle which I am so appreciative of. My BMW m2 looks fantastic - the guys at CB removed the stone chips and gravel rash from the front of the car as requested and did a beautiful job. They then stepping up and fixed a few other stone chips and finished the whole car - its looks as if it has come off the show room floor. top job guys!.

They did the work exactly how they quoted on my Audi and finished at their quoted time.Staff was friendly and professional. Panel gaps were perfect and it was a much appreciated gesture that they applied a thin layer of wax, tire shine and gave a touchup/ buff of another area not part of the quote.Thank you.
