I have cancelled my account with this site about 6 months ago and they are still taking money from my bank account. when i try to find my account it says there is no such account. over this site

Great product, but atrocious customer support. Call centre reps barely speak english so poor communication outcomes. No support or contact number on website a bot that doesnt understand anything other than what is already on the web. The have almost doubled cost of my plan (like for like) from $43 to $72!!

I terminated a subscription about a month before it was due to be renewed and I was charged for it!Trying to contact someone on the Adobe virtual assistance" or by phone is bloody futile......still on the phone and the assistant for an hour now!Pick up your game!"

Adobe Systems, don't touch. I opened an account for my daughter. She finished Uni in October 2020 new the account was up for renewal but didn't need it anymore. The date on my CC was also due to expire, so wasn't concerned about renewal. One year later have just been charged 76.99 for subscription that has expired and so has the date on the CC. Tried to email and phone Sydney and OS impossible. Wanted email address on subscription which would have been daughters school address, gave them reference number on charge. Absolutely impossible. Will now have to cancel CC and all the associated work involved. I can only say this is actually theft and fraud. For a Company that prides itself on being Tech savvy I have to question their abilities. Don't touch any products unless you intend to be with them in perpetuity. will NEVER deal with this company again and will advise all my colleagues in school communities to use other methods for their needs. Will now be contacting Consumer Affairs. VERY UNHAPPY.

This company is scamming, I put my card detail once for free trial and lost the email. They take 21.99$ from my bank account every month. I contacted my bank to cancel my card and get a new one, I don't use the product, I just want them stop taking my money. Guess what ? They TRACK DOWN my new card and CONTINUE to stealth.When I finally get the Adobe account back to cancel the subscription. They ask me to pay A$98.95 for early cancel ????! This is outrageous.

Trap you with their exit cancellation fee which is over $100 if you cancel early. Just get a pirated version save yourself the hassle.

I wish I could give you negative stars. I have now talked to 5 different staff about a plan upgrade they gave me that didn't even provide the specific product I requested. Then when I asked for the access that I paid for they said I needed to pay more, even though I had just paid an increase specifically for that product - the whole service is a scam!

I’m hoping and supporting a class action against this company with there intentional complication of their ongoing subscription and cancellation process. Years back this was considered acceptable however now with mental health and stress being an epidemic I’m sure there are many others including legal heavyweights that have daughters and sons that adobe has pushed them passed breaking point . The directors and shareholders of adobe may see their systems and processing profiting of the wellbeing of our society as commendable but your time will come adobe . Your time will come . Supporting documents are plentiful and the world is changing quicker than you may be ready for .
