Property managers did an inspection with no issues and a month later tenant vacated mid-lease and I was charged a cleaning bill for $1500 - how does that happen. Washed their hands of their responsibility. Worth zero stars.Had no option to google review at the time and was just told to go to QLD small claims court - so yes I tried but no one willing to assist and you paid the cleaner from the tenants bond - no quote for cleaning provided to me - so yes I am reviewing now as at the time I couldn't review. Hopefully you have a new team of property managers

Be warned if you are a Tradie or service provider. They send out work orders then when payment becomes due they say oh no !! we don't pay the bills you need to contact the property owners or the tenants. Are not the Real Estate acting on the owners or tenants behalf. After waiting 5 months for payment we had to contact the tenant who paid the outstanding account. Very unprofessional, discraceful & shabby way of operating a Real Estate business. DONT GO THERE.....

River heads property sales managed a property of mine and i found them to be unprofessional in the way at which they managed the property. The yard had was all dug up from cars.The house was left will holes in walls/carpets not cleaned and all window tracks not cleaned but they failed to pick this up on vacate inspection leaving the expences to be paid and organised by myself as they released the bond to another property. I would use them again to manage a rental property

We have bought and sold with this company with no major issues, my father has also bought with them and would be happy to recommend Shane.Personally, with our latest dealings, settling last week... In all honesty, our experiences with RHPS started off a little shaky... but they certainly delivered, selling our land within 21 days for what we needed, at a time where the market was starting to make a downturn.Kaleena was amazing, she was there every step of the way, helping us to feel at ease, at a time where uncertainty was established due to finance etc. She went above and beyond to make sure she helped where she could, the whole time!! A superstar!She got the offer we needed and delivered on the promises that she made, ultimately, we could not have had a better outcome. Very proactive, yet patient and understanding. Thanks Kaleena and RHPS. We are very happy, would definitely use again.

I am currently renting a property with major problems that RHPS refuse to address. The septic system vents into the house making some rooms stink of the septic system. You cannot enter these rooms without dry reaching. This is due to illegal plumbing work and the shower and basin being plumbed into the septic system. Water leaks into multiple rooms from the shower, the toilet leaks including its contents onto the floor. There are missing and damaged fly screens. It has been the most bizarre experience of my life. I have felt bullied and intimidated by RHPS whilst waiting for my own property settlement. This experience has been so upsetting that I had to resort to filming and recording the experience to substantiate an accurate account of events.
