This place use to be my favourite nail salon !! Now I find that the ladies rush you when the owner isn't around. Its really quantity over quality, nails never last 2 weeks on me either they easily rip off after a few days.

I always use to go to pearl nails when I was younger and I never had a problem but since I’ve moved out of the area, I went recently last week and got a pedicure done. Unfortunately the service was disgusting. The ladies working there kept talking in their language even when there’s 2 signs up saying please refrain from speaking Vietnamese. It also was such a fuss over choosing my colour. I wanted something specific and they had that colour but decided to add $10 extra if I wanted that for no reason. It was simple bc the nail polish was “branded” apparently. On top of that I did not feel comfortable since no one helped me get into my seat, no one soaked my feet, no one turned on the massage chair, there was no entertainment and the lady who was doing my nails had no idea what I was saying and even after repeating myself constantly no one helped her. Then it was such a fuss over my nail polish that I got really upset and just chose white nail polish just to get out of there. What gets me even more upset is the fact that I went into that salon asking them if they can do my nails that specific colour before I even started my pedicure and they said yes and when I asked them the price they said $40 I said ok. It was $10 more than what I usually pay for but considering it was where my young teen use to go I was ok with it. When I went to pay I paid cash and I asked for a discount and she said yes then she couldn’t open the till and once did she didn’t even give me a discount. Honestly I’m never going back there again. My experience has not been good.

Pearl Nails has become my new regular. Their skills are fantastic. Tina took such great care of me during my last visit. No request is too much and they definitely have an eye for detail. Thank you so much to the lovely team there.

First time doing my nails at this salon, I usually never get my nails done so I wasn’t sure which category my design fitted into the nail category (sns or gel etc). The lady doing my nails came over and asked which one I wanted so I showed her an image of the design and she followed me through the nail procedure and the total price for my nails before confirming if I wanted to proceed with my chosen design. The members are very friendly and my nails look exactly like the image I provided. Very satisfied and will definitely be a regular at this place from now on.

Got a pedi done here and the lady that did my nails didn't Clip the nail properly and my nail ended up cutting the toe next to it. My daughter got her nails done and it's advertised French tips $55 they then charge you N additional price for the design of French tips you want. So she was going to get charged 90$ for the design she wanted.. I found it very over priced

Very bad place do not go here. They ripped me off after having 3 people tell me it was one price as their eftpos machine was broken so my mum asked 3 times how much it was than went and got money out, after being finished we went to check out and they added on $15. There’s multiple signs up saying to refrain from speaking Vietnamese not one was speaking English all were speaking Vietnamese. The service is just terrible and i know many people who have been ripped off here too. Don’t go here if you don’t wanna be robbed of your money. They also kept cutting my fingers and making me bleed while doing my nails.

Overall lovely service. Ladies are kind and welcoming. Nail artist was communicative and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. One thing that bothered me though was that I felt lots of pain when she was removing my acrylic nails. Almost like a toothache but on my nails, it never went away. And she removed too much skin from my cuticle, causing it to sting and bleed. The pain was unbearable.

Very disappointed in the service, had 5 different girls work on my nails, all very rushed and my nails ended up very wonky and uneven given how long they took (over 2 hrs) staff were constantly standing over me and observing inspecting my nails which made me feel uncomfortable, I was charged $55 and nails didn’t even last 2 weeks all were lifting and most had to be taken off and replaced, the place I went to get them fixed showed me that there was a fungal infection starting as they nails were not applied properly and too much moisture had been trapped under the acrylic.3 other people had complained to the owner whilst I was sitting getting myNails done, however I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt.Unfortunately I will never return here.
