Ordered a knife for a Christmas/New Year as a present. Did not received my order after 5 weeks, nor have I received a communication about any delays before escalating with PayPal. Had to order a replacement elsewhere and received it in 4 days. Whoever feel like gambling can give it a try, but I will not be returning.

5 weeks after ordering an item, attempted to make contact with the store asking for an update on the order and when it will likely be dispatched.The phone number listed on the website is not connected, emailed the store and no reply, wrote a message with the chat bot and no reply, sent a message via the store contact message form on the website and no reply. Terrible customer service!

Item still hadn't been delivered after a month, requested a refund that I was told would be actioned within 48hours which at the time of this review still hasn't been actioned. This company didn't reply to any email enquiries and I could only get a response through their on website chat feature.
