Shocking - kicked my 14 year old into the 41 degree heat minutes into the session because she didn't know what she wanted to talk about. Won't return calls to complain. Do not recommend.

Very bad service. Gave an appointment for 11am on a Saturday and the psychologist did not show up and did not inform us that it's cancelled and we came all the way from Langford.

Was told it was free to get an assessment from front receptionist because I wasnt working and on the pension. I get in there and find out i wasnt there to get an assessment at all and she didn't even know i was there for an assessment and its $1600 and the psychologist looked like a clown not happy at all will not be going back the worst company i have ever dealt with and I have had alot of experiences in different offices sort out your information becufore giving incorrect information

Worst experiences here. Lied to about bulk billing, my appointment was moved without telling me and Fredarico did nothing but shame me. This place has turned me off therapy forever.

I used to come here myself years ago , I didn't return back as I didn't get a good vibe from my therapist, which is ashame as I live 400m away..I'm still looking for a good psychologist everyone's experience is different I just needed someone I could click with I didnt find it here..

Not the cleanest environment. I had unusual insect bites appear on me after visiting this place and I wonder if they were from here. People are nice but unfortunately my husband had a negative experience that ended in him being invoiced incorrectly. Makes me a bit reluctant to return myself.Probably not the place to visit if you’re looking for somewhere comfortable and welcoming.

I saw Christine on a number of occasions in the plantagnet region for ptsd, anxiety etc. I found her to be very approachable, caring, and did not talk down to you and treated you like a real person
