I had my first session with Daniel today and I was extremely impressed by his level of care, detail and understanding of trigger spots on my body. He is extremely knowledgeable but is also very humble and educates you as you go along your session.Also a very funny, personable and great person to talk to for the full hour. I went to see Daniel today for rhomboid pain I have had for a couple of months. Just after the 1 session I feel a lot better and would definitely recommend him to anyone who is experiencing gym related pain.

I have been training with Daniel for the last 3 years. When I started I didn't know to much about lifting and strength training, but with Daniel's guidance I have seen incredible progress.
