Wash Shed Laundrette

My clothes got washed and dried, but bit of an ordeal at this place.Have to either put credit onto a special card (with no refunds), pay online (set amounts, no refunds), or wait for one of the two small coin operated washers to be available..Took a long time with all of this difficult money grabbing technology.

Easy location to access and very clean

Utterly useless, overpriced, unclean, multiple faulty machines that will take your money and then proceed to not wash nor dry your items even remotely properly, there number is disconnected so you cant even contact them to ask for assistance or to refund your money onto a different machine that works, washing machines do not use anywhere near enough water even on a small load so your items won't even be fully soaked, the dryers are even worse your better of drying your clothes on the street pavers, no matter how dirty your clothes are they will come out smelling foul because they don't clean or maintain there machines, do yourself a favour, save your money and wash you items in the river, they will be cleaner!! Don't waste your time or money, whoever the owner is they are laughing all the way to the bank.

Some laminated step by step phoro process would be helpful.A clean space with well maintained machines and you can pay on card. Bring softner and detergent or purchase there.

The machines look modern but given they are charging top $ the place needs a clean. The payment system is difficult to use for a one time user. You need to create an account and top it up with a card before you use a machine. Now I have an account with change in it I will never use.

The worst laundromat chain in Australia" with a payment method which is designed to make you pay more the the already excessive amount. For example; there are no advertised prices for the washers or dryers and you have to log on to their website to find out the cost of a wash (fyi its $8.00 for the wash cycle at the time of writing this) you are then forced to buy credit in amounts predetermined to make sure that you can not buy the exact amount that you need. I had to buy 2 x $4.00 credits which come with a $0.72 surcharge for each $4.00 lot credit
