Bupa Dental Five Dock

Not a great experience. The front staff were lovely, as was the dentist I saw. BUT..I had a root canal and a crown..this was 3.5 years ago. Not long after, I was getting pain in the crowned tooth. I came back, had an x-ray, and they couldn't see anything wrong. Thought it could be a crack inside. After more pain every now and then, I've just been to my local dentist, and after having a look he immediately saw that the crown had not been attached to the tooth properly and food was getting stuck inside causing the irritation. He couldn't believe it wasn't spotted when I went back. Now I have to fork out thousands of dollars for a new crown! Disappointing to say the least.

Great experience with a highly experienced Doctor Evram, he showed care & thorough explanation through my invisalign treatment. I highly recommend him and the front reception staff have gone way and beyond their way. Great place to feel welcomed and most importantly comfortable.

I used to be scared to go to the dentist but at Bupa Dental Five Dock they make you feel very welcomed and relaxed. Dr Catrina Carroll is always happy to give you options and sound advice on what would work best for each individual situation and she always puts my needs and concerns first!The girls at reception, Helen and Danielle, are very sweet ladies and a pleasure to talk to! Even a cup of coffee is graciously offered, which is nice when you're running around all day!I have been coming to Bupa Dental Five Dock for many years now and they are a wonderful, professional and caring group of people! I would not have a problem recommending that you try Bupa Dental Five Dock because once you try it you won't want to go anywhere else!!

Very welcoming and clean office that I have seen so far in dental industry. Staff are beyond skilled, doctors’ treatment was so smooth, and explanation on ‘what is happening’ was clear enough to understand. Overall, I was satisfied with service and would like to recommend to everyone.

I have been getting my fillings done at five dock, however the dentist Pamela Pather and the receptionist DID NOT provide or inform me the quote on the permanent filling until it has been done yesterday and charged me $1200. They have reinforced that the procedure has been done and I need to pay, then I paid or else I guess they would not let me leave and may call the cops

I had extensive work done with 4-5 fillings done in 2018, only all to be replaced in 2021, I was so shocked as I thought my fillings were up to date. The additional pain I went through and now need a root canal, the expense is just a side product. I did have a lot of cavities, but I expected my fillings to last more than 3 years.The pain I’m going though with my back molar for the root canal is excruciating.Poor job.I’ve had multiple fillings done by another dentist in 2010 with no issues or need for replacement. Poor product, dentist or both.

excellent staff, welcoming front desk. Got the reminders before my appointment. Being called in by dentist on time. The surgeries were really clean. Overall procedure and further treatment plan was explained thorougly to me. The nurses were really friendly and caring. The team is working commendably even during these tough times with COVID around. Highly recommended.

I hadn't been to the dentist for 8+ years and was reluctant to go, having not had the best dentist experiences in the past. After doing some research online (Google and recommendations from friends), I found Bupa Dental Five Dock to have the most positive reviews. So I went ahead and came here... and it was better than I expected. Dr Catrina Carroll was excellent - she explained everything clearly, was very attentive and supportive. The clinic itself feels new, clean and hygienic, receptionists are also lovely and helpful. This is the best dental clinic I've been to, and will now be my regular go-to dentist. Highly recommend these guys!
