Great space for all your video and grip needs. Cases, lights, camera accessories, paper rolls etc... they got it all. Website isn’t the easiest to navigate, but that’s nothing new for Australia. Definitely pay them a visit to get more information about something specific

Very poor customer service. UnprofessionalI ordered an accessory for my matte box via online store. Waited for the item for almost a month. When I called them, they said that they have cancelled my order and refunded my payment. When I checked my account, no refund provided.Should have read the google reviews before engaging them. Don't deserve even a star.

Excellent service, the owner is well versed when it comes to studio lighting and what it takes to do the job and have it done correctly. They have a myriad of gear to suit photographer requirements and depending on your budget they can create a solution. Well worth the trip and allow a bit of time as you will get talking about photography, studios and lighting

As one of there qualified tradesmen who completed a number of studio lighting installs.Dragon Image went on to treat me extremely poorly, not paying me for my hard work on one particular project. Refusing to deal with it professionally and calmly they went on to ignore my calls and messages.This just shows what kind of business you’re dealing with.Please choose wisely.

I bought a RG-6U SDI cable thought the website dragonimage,com.au, but when I pick it up in store, they use RG-59 replace RG-6U and use black sign pen painted on the cheaper price sign. this is difference quality and price. I founded this problem luckily and I have to went to the store to take a RG-6U again.

Will highly NOT recommend, knock off Chinese products amongst reputable brands to BUMP up their profit margins, be sure to google the description of their products to find REAL KNOCK OFF prices and re-branding.Losing my repairs as well as poorly trained staff! KNOW what you're selling! True white is not green or blue tinge! Stock promises end up being delayed 3-4 MONTHS.BAD CHINESE BUSINESS!

Faulty light supplied & overall the whole lighting kit was cheap & nasty with varying light temperature levels across various lights in a single kit. Be careful with what you buy and don't fall for the staff pushing you into a quick purchase.
