Sadly our experience was like the other negative reviews. We understand there were things outside of their control, however communication is key and it lacked from the start to the finish. We are compassionate and understanding people but the lack of service, response and communication was beyond disappointing. It took 5 months to have a glass door repaired for one of our clients (it was an insurance claim), our calls were not returned, when you did get them on the phone, they would say 'we will call you back' and that didn't happen, it was a negative experience from the beginning until the end. Our client was more than patient in waiting for this repair and if we could have used a different company we would have.

Overall not a good experience. Job took 3 months, after being told it would take 3 weeks, due to glass break and scratch in subsequent piece. Communication was poor to non-existent and final invoice was overcharged after having altered the job part way through (substantial invoice overshoot wasn't picked up until I pointed it out). Quality of installation was also not great (installers forgot to flush silicone edge on one of the splashback edges and again I had to point it out to them before they walked out the door). I always prefer to support local businesses, but sadly in this case I would look elsewhere

Didn't turn up, no explanation or apology, didn't return phone calls.Waste of time arraigning to be off work for a no show

Incredibly disappointed with their service from start to finish. We were told the job would take 4-6 weeks & it took more than 5 months. Communication was almost non-existent as they wouldn't return phone calls or emails. Most of the windows & doors were damaged during the install & we had to get them back to repair... which was another mistake as they just made more mess with little effort to fix the damage. They didn't silicone in the windows. The paint job on the window frames is patchy. The doors don't slide or latch properly. The list goes on!

Woeful from start to finish :(Avoid the heartache and go elsewhere.

Took two months to get my window replaced, I had to call them every week for two months to find out WHEN or IF it was getting fixed.They cracked the glass they ordered, trying to cut it.Only took them 20 minutes to do the job.Then was harassed by them for payment only two hours after the job was finished and threatened legal action later in the week.Poor form.Never again.

What a disappointment. Took months to install a shower screen. Their communication is non-existent. Do not respond to SMS or return calls, when they do its just more lame excuses. So many NO SHOWS when we took days of work waiting for them to arrive. Workmanship is very poor. The screen is 15mm out of square and the wall brackets are lopsided. It took several hours to clean up after the install . Silicon smeared over the walls, tiles and blobs on the new tiled floor. Just no pride in their product or workmanship. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.
