Mister Minit Narellan Town Centre 2

Came here to have an engraving done on a showpiece. A week later, I didn't quite like it because the size of the lettering seemed a bit big. So I went back to the store and asked the gentleman if there was a way it could be fixed as it is a present for someone. He gave me three options. I went with the third where he redid it on a gold plaque type thing to cover up the original engraving He was so very kind and fixed it for me at no cost. With super tight finances at the moment, it meant the world to me. I'm so grateful for this and the excellent customer service. Next time I need any engraving or key cutting done, this is the store I will be going to. Thanks guys!

Excellent service from the staff. Couldn't see what I went in for and department staff found me the very last one hiding up the back of the shelf. Super value too.

A big thumbs up!! My car key had broken and the battery went flat in my spare. The lovely man at Mister Minit replaced the whole key with what we think is a better quality key and replaced the battery in our spare. Service was quick, friendly, professional and good value!
