Have been shopping at this store for the past 11 years, the service over the last three months has deteriorated so much. Just been here, both Service desk checkouts were closed, there was one normal checkout where they operator was waiting for assistance and every self serve checkout was occupied with a line up of approximately 10 people waiting. There has been so many staff changes in the last twelve months and some of the new staff members are not very approachable. So disappointed in this store now, always used to be a pleasure to shop here. Now planning to shop at Coles around the corner.

It's infuriating when on three consecutive visits you have now roast chickens after 4pm. It seems that the staff are lazy to put them on. I'm going back to Coles!

A once busy place, no longer thriving, since Woolworths at Oxley opened.The shop is old, not the cleanest, (so much old stock,dirt, grime and dust under food isles.No fresh bakery in-store.It does have a Meat Deli.

a smaller sized woolworths with easy parking underneath. they don't have self serve checkouts unfortunately most likely due to the size so I find sometimes you get stuck waiting. staff are friendly though.

Prefered the old staff we had with Helen before the new team was put together who appear rude ,not interested in customer service and spend more time chatting amongst themselves.Management may wish to address this issue with the front desk kiosk at the front.

This Woolworths has become a waste of time. 7.30pm each time I come here and the meat section is bare. No basic chicken items, let alone anything interesting. It's a small Woolies as it is, but it used to be well stocked. I walked out tonight empty handed.

Very friendly and help local manager and staff.Always had a smile and a helpful answer whenever I asked the staff where something was.Good parking underneath and can always find a car park
