The lady at the counter was so quick to know what I was after and took me straight to the product even though my description was vague. She really does know her products. Very efficient and friendly. I was in and out in under 2 minutes!

I ordered some dog Training treats online in the morning for delivery and expected them to come in the next couple of days. I was pleasantly surprised to get a text in the afternoon that PetO were delivering the package via Uber to me that very afternoon when I live in the Blue Mountains, not a metro area. Am super impressed with them and they will definitely be my go to for all my pets needs from now on. Thanks to the team for such great service.

Great range of goods. They don’t price match to online stores but overall the staff is very friendly and love coming here. It is at a bit of an awkward part of the street so if you come at a busy time can be hard to get in and find parking.

A multi faceted Pet supply store with all varieties of food for even the most discerning pet's taste, I purchased a fantastic winter coat for my Jack Russell, the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable about their business, it's nice to be served by an employee with a broad smile I joined the PetO club which affords me reduced prices. All in all a very pleasant experience.
