Extremely poor customer service and delivery on service promises. Was assured an order for a pet mattress would be arranged and I would be contacted once product has arrived. Have followed up with contact phone calls to store three times over the course of a month and was advised follow up was being made and I would be contacted. No contact was made and still no confirmation on my order. Extremely disappointing that no employee has managed to follow through on their customer service promises.

A great place to look for almost anything related to rubber, sponge or plastic in package forms or custom cuts according to different needs.The whole place looks very unique and professional for commercial or residential requirements.Jack was very helpful and patient incatering for our needs and was skillful in custom cutting.

I bought $2800 worth of items December from this store. Part of my purchase included a 18foot pool in which I have a 2+year warranty with. Today when I called to enquire about the warranty name transfer the Assitant Craig on the phone told me I only had 6months warranty. I gave my reciept info and box barcaode from original packaging, he proceeded to claim this is not sufficient and ild need original paper recipes for him to email there supplier than see what the warranty covers. I asked to speak to the manager and he refused. He was rude in his phone manner and i don't believe he was knowledgeable on the matter , wasn't able to further assist me and wouldn't let me speak to anyone else. I asked again to speak to the manager to which he said no he's busy " than hung up on me. I will never buy anything from this store ever again and am disgusted in this level of service .. I would highly recommend you stay clear of places like this that have staff that feel so comfortable treating customers like this. Disappointing is a understatement.I will take my complaint to consumer protection if it is not resolved by tomorrow."

As a multi year customer at this store, today I found out what that business relationship meant and it wasn't even $4.00. Bought my spa water in today to be tested, the store was fairly busy but I didn't have to wait any longer than usual, then the team member" had to empty the used water bucket

Very poor service and overpriced shop. Bought a single foam mattress for $249. When I opened the plastic wrapper, it was smelly. Next day went for exchange. They say no exchange and refund. Really bad product and rude services. Don't recommend. If anyone buy, make sure cut the plastic at the shop first. Because you won't smell any thing with the wrapper. Really bad experience. Waste $249.

Terrible service. Sales staff is good but owner is the rudest person ever and has no courtesy. I just asked a simple question about mattress delivery and his attitude was very much like, Take it or Leave it". Regular delivery was $75 and when I asked about wanting the delivery over the weekend

Every time I walked into the store for the last 7 years, I have received excellent customer service from every staff in the store! Especially Craig was always prompt and very helpful. David (the owner) and Jack were very professional and polite when they installed the chlorinator that I bought from the store. I highly recommend this store!

Husband and I had to come here after going to another Clark Rubber because this store had the stock we were after. We were not impressed with the customer service, especially after coming from the Clark Rubber in Jandakot. The customer service in Jandakot compared to this one...was not great. We had called on Sunday to ask if they could keep 2 of a specific size mattress for us. After my husband explained that we wouldn't make it in time on the Sunday before they closed, they said they would keep it until the end of the day on Monday. We got there on Monday, after asking about the mattresses and explaining that it was kept aside for us, they looked around confused and said it was on the shelf. We thought it was a bit odd that they didn't keep it aside till the end of the day like they said they would...but maybe they knew it wouldn't sell before the end of the day, no worries. We went to get the mattresses that we needed and no one came to offer help getting them down or anything, which would usually be fine, but coming from the Jandakot store where the staff were INCREDIBLY helpful, you can't help but see the major difference in their customer service. The rest of our interaction with them wasn't too pleasant, because we wanted our mattresses to be cut and another store told us they cut those specific mattresses for free. The employee told us this store doesn't do that and that we would have to pay for them cutting it, after I explained that another Clark Rubber told us it's free, he said that all stores are different and have different owners. This wouldn't usually be a problem, we understand if each store has a different owner that they would have different rules, however, it was the way he said it and the way he spoke to us. Very dull, almost negative. I worked in retail and hospitality for over 6 years and I understand it's not always the best or most positive job, but it's still a job, and you smile for customers and treat them well so that they would want to come back. Maybe this review wouldn't have been AS bad if we didn't go to the Jandakot store and see what GREAT customer service they had there, but it was a BIG difference.

I found what I wanted and so did my girlfriend at a reasonable price

I needed some High Density Foam cut for inside a gift box - the staff were friendly and professional and nothing was too much bother - I would have no hesitation recommending this store.Two years later - making another gift box and needed more High Density Foam cut to a specific shape (bottle)- this time served by Camden who went over and above to ensure that I was able to get what I needed. Despite having another Clark Rubber store closer to me I will keep coming back to here
