The Big Trout

Cute little park for a visit to the trout. Not a lot around but it's at the end of the main street and there are toilets there if needed.

Great sculpture of trout that is well detailed and great for a quick photo.Be sure to walk over the road and read all about the construction of the snowy hydro scheme.

Stop here, grab a coffee, get the curry pie from the bakery OMG sooo good.Locals are lovely and welcoming. Fantastic history in the museum! Awesome place

A small town. Has a few shops to eat and the big trout to take pics of. Wouldn't make a special trip though. If you are passing the area on the highway a good spot to stop by

Cold but beautiful

This trout holds many memories of staring off into the distance while looking at this fish and i was very cold and the only crisps were salt and vinegar flavour which i dont like and also the fish is very big that is true but the last time i was there my phone battery was dying and turns out it was actually moments away from exploding because the battery had expanded so much that it had pulled the screen off the rest of phone. anyway the fist is kinda crusty and probably a little old and also it needs a bit of repair i think sometimes. i also went to the snow one time when i was there. but there was no snow in adaminaby. there was a hotel and stuff but we didnt go there ngl tho there seemed to be no people at all in this place do people actually live here
