Excellent service, the lady listened and conversed, asked for clarity to be sure I got the hairstyle I wanted. Time and attention to detail is free but it adds so much value to a customer to feel listened to. This value is missing when other businesses just do the job" they are asked of. It took me 2 years to find you after my hairdresser moved to Coffs Harbour

Awesome haircut, had Josh cut my hair yesterday. Took his time and did a really good job. The owner also took pride in teaching and looking over his trainee's work before letting me go.

I messaged the owner this afternoon and he informed me that they don't have a phone and that you have to show up and wait for a haircut. After I enquired how much for a 7 yr old child he said primary is $25 which I told him that my child was in infants. He said that they are the same cost. Changed it to suit himself as we were messaging! would never come here for young boys' hair cuts, far too expensive!

Some staff are not welcoming. You can literally see it on their faces.Female staff always looks at you as if you shouldn't have come for a haircut. I don't like her attitude at all.Isaiah is an awesome guy. He's very friendly and welcoming and he's the only reason I revisit this place. The guy who's doing his apprenticeship is very lovely and helpful. There is another male staff usually on the same side with Isaiah's (next to the inner entrance), he's very friendly and seems welcoming too.Overall, place is good, needs more customer service training for some staff.

I’m sorry but don’t go if you want a beard trimmed into a goatee. I had to show a photo of a Vandyke twice. I get home and nothing was even at all and my partner laughed at it. :( :( :( 3 frowns

Both my 2 year old son and i had our hair cut today and the service was great. Made my son feel very comfortable and both of us are very happy with our hair cuts. Reasonable value and great team.
