Kept tv for so long. Kept saying repairman will call but never did. Only gave me my tv back when I threatened to sue, don’t use them

I was charged $120 to pick the tv up which I was told would be deducted off the quote to have my tv fixed. The quote I was then given cost more then the tv to buy brand new so I have declined the service so I can take my tv somewhere else. They are now trying to charge me $30 to drop the tv back to me and when I have offered to pick it up myself they suddenly do not have a shop front. I was also told on Friday that I would have my tv back over the weekend and since contacting someone today (Tuesday) to see when I will get my tv back they don’t have time to drop it to me. Very dodgy business and you’ll most likely get ripped off like i am. Take your tv somewhere trusted so you don’t end up in the same situation as me.

Gave a quote 2 weeks ago and will not honour the quote as her boss she said, is ‘Asian’ and it would be deducted from her wages. Rude lady and vague answers to what is needed.

Several people in the comments had bad experiences.The address is a private home and the Asian woman who answered the door said the previous occupants had the repair business.The Street View photo is years out of date. The house has been repainted and given a new front fence. The brick house at 28 has been replaced with a new two-storey building. The other photos look fake
