Booked my covid booster online, arranged time off because even though they are open til 11pm they could only do 4:10pm only to find out on the day i wasnt booked in. Not impressed at all!

Will never go back. Absolute rip off and poor service. My regular medication has never cost me over $28, they gave me the unbranded 'cheaper' option and the total was $42.15.Wondering why it cost me so much i checked the stickers on the box and the receipt, on box stated full price $15.82, receipt showed $20.70 - when i questioned this they argued i was charged non concession - I pointed out the concession cost was below the stated full cost - they then printed a new label with the higher cost and sent me on my way.

When your sales staff are doctors they can tell me how much ventolin i use for my Ashtma two puffer one for my car and one for home was the request pathetic service especially when masks are mandatory

One Chinese woman named Ying assisted me on my regarding some issues of health. She was very helpful on my needs. I went back this morning and provided the best advice on condition regarding nose breathing and recommended a saline solution. She’s an asset for the pharmacy. Thank you for the advice.

Trash service. Had to make heavy eye contact to get the meds that i had just given the script for 10mins ago. Everyone was avoiding serving me. 0/10 do not recommend.
