Pocket in jacket repaired/ replaced 8 months ago. End of winter now, I remain pleased and delighted. Have also used for button works, zip replacement, and length adjustments on womens suit pants. Good quality work.

Excellent service and super quick turnaround time. Dropped 4 garments for alteration and requested one to be picked up on the following afternoon as urgent but Julie was so nice to get them all done and ready to pick up in the next morning. All altered to perfection as well.

Received my $55 'deluxe' dry-cleaning back with splattered marks covering the front of my $500 silk dress. After specification of how delicate the fabric is I'm highly unsatisfied at this result. Will be taking it back ASAP and demanding a refund and compensation where necessary. I do not recommend this dry-cleaning service for delicate items - you will be lead astray as to how capable they are at caring for them.

Fast turn around (1-2 days) for repairs at a reasonable price ($10-$20). I've had multiple items of clothing repaired instead of purchasing new and have been very pleased with the results. Highly recommend for repairs.

Julie is absolutely incredible. Friendly service and amazingly fast turn around. Bought in a very tricky dress that needed taking in and Julie not only managed the alteration but reshaped it to fit my body type perfectly. Can't wait to print in my next lot of dresses!

Excellent attention to detail on a very tricky leather jacket zipper repair job. Great pride was taken in the quality of work. The work was done exceptionally well in our agreed time frame. The customer service was very friendly and the price was reasonable. I will certainly be pleased to have further repair work or alterations completed here.
