Unbelievably bad experience with this company. I have been trying for months and months and months to get support with a $6000 table I purchased that is NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE!! A timber dining table that was sold to me as indoor furniture" however it is untreated timber which stains with the slight drop off food or water. Was suggested by the showroom to try teak cleaning products which I purchased and they did not work. I've attempted escalating to head office who ignore every single email. When I call them
