I could not speak highly enough of this company !!! From my initial contact with them by phone , to the installation of my Crimsafe Front door screen they exceeded my expectation. They were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They were very professional in handling all my questions, in their measuring and in their installation. I had a query several weeks after my installation and they were straight onto it and were absolutely amazing in their service. I would absolutely recommend this company, it was a pleasure to deal with them and their product is fantastic.

Absolutely gorgeous!!!!We chose The Superior Door Company as they supplied the Crimsafe product and they were local. From first contact they were friendly , helpful and efficient to deal with.All my questions were answered and I was never made to feel like I was wasting their time. The man who came to measure and discuss our needs actually gave us alternative options that saved us money and ultimately gave us, the house, a much better look.The door and window panels are gorgeous, they suit the style of the house and seem to feel like they have always been there. The window panels are barely noticeable untill you are right next to them.We could not be happier!!! We are telling everyone about The Superior Door Company.

I gave a star for the speed and initial service quality at which they quoted me and came around to measure. This aspect of their service was great and they were very quick to take my deposit. Another star for the assistance they provided me around selection of the right door and parts for our needs. One more star for the quality of the final product they supplied and the fitting. But they lost stars due to the lack of communication and delays installing my door. I was repeatedly told it was 10 weeks from final measure to install. When 10 weeks came and went I heard nothing from them. When I followed up with the person who did the measure he said he would get the office to call me. Again I heard nothing. When I phoned them I was told I would get an update the next week as the door was due in then. Nothing. The week came and went. Then I followed up again and they said they would get back to me. This time they finally did. 5 weeks late from when it was supposed to be installed. No biggie I can take a delay. It was the lack of communication and follow-up where I took another star away. Disrespectful. Your after deposit communication is very poor and I recommend you work on that. The quality of the door and install though is very good and glad to buy Australian made. I've just used The Superior Door Company for the second time now, having moved to a new house. The quality of the doors and window screens is brilliant and their service is wonderful. We chose Crimsafe and the sense of security you get once everything is installed is priceless. The team has such extensive knowledge and will be honest with you about what will work best for your needs and budget. They're also fantastic at communicating with you - they keep you informed every step of the way. Couldn't recommend them enough. I won't need them for a long time now, but the service was great while we were working together!

We were recommended Superior Door Company by a fried who had also used them - we were not disappointed. They stood out from the other 2 companies we requested quotes from immediately - from basic things like being on time when arriving to do the quote to the amount of patience shown by Kaye and the time she spent with us in explaining everything, answering all our questions, measuring and remeasuring the doors (especially the front door to ensure the details in the design of the steel door we were getting made matched up exactly to the existing front door) before she issued the quote. She made us feel like valued customers from the first interaction.Contrast this with another company who hurriedly measured one door, glanced at the others and said all our doors were oversized and issued us a quote on “three oversized doors”. They said that they’d measure the doors if we chose to use them before they raced out the door.Callum installed all 3 doors for us and was lovely and did an excellent job. We love our new doors and have been very happy with our experience with Superior Door Company so far.

In September 2022 we had a quote for two doors from this company. We decided to go ahead with the quotes and were told that there could be a wait time of up to 10 weeks before the doors were ready. This was fine with us and we paid the deposit, hoping that the doors would be in before Christmas or shortly thereafter. That time came and went, and we had no communication from the company. It wasn't until we rang them, multiple times that we were able to get an idea of when the doors could be installed. We were told that there had been delays due to COVID and fires in the factory, all of which are well and good, however even in spite of these things happening, a phone call could be made to update your customers. The office lady spoke quite rudely on the phone when we called to find out what was happening with the doors, and we had to chase up several times, despite being told that they would call us back with installation dates. In the mean time, we had a situation at our house with an intruder on the roof. Would have been nice to have had the doors in before that. Fast forward to January, and the installation was finally ready to take place - however, one of the doors was incorrectly measured and had to be remeasured and remade. Once again, there was no communication from the company about when it would be ready and it was only after we began calling for an update in March that we were given a date for installation. So in all, an almost 6 month wait for two doors, no proactive communication from the company to explain the delays or the wait times, however amazingly, the invoice for final payment was sent through without delay after the final installation. One would think that if you can send an invoice out, you can also send an email to explain a delay in manufacture. Shocking.One star for the fact that we now have two doors and that the installation man was lovely. Would not recommend unless you have 6 months up your sleeve and are okay with being kept in the dark.

From beginning (making enquiries) to end ( installation) Superior Doors were so reliable, knew their stuff and really professional. The quality, all hand made was fantastic- I have a beautiful black heritage looking wire door now that looks amazing.The tradesmen were on time, you could track their travel and it’s what they do as their profession so they aren’t just unspecialised handymen working for the company.The admin were helpful, efficient and very nice.I can’t recommend Superior Doors highly enough.

If only every company provide the same level of service as the Superior Door Company. They listened, they provided ideas and then a solution. And then...to deliver and install on time. The people I had contact with were solution orientated and friendly. The products themselves are excellent. This is not the first time I have engaged The Superior Door Company to help with my making my home safe and it won't be the last. Their products are excellent and the range available met my needs. I had both security doors and Crimsafe fly screens installed. I would highly recommend them and I'd give their service and products a 6 out of 5 rating.
