Our Strata Plan engaged Aliglass to remove and install balustrades on the balcony of 18 Units within the our Strata Plan complex.Aliglass (particularly Nicole), from the moment of first contact were extremely professional, with a fabulous level of communication and great organisational skills.The Committee met Darren on site, who explained the removal and installation process, discussed suitable colours and designs and determined the best options for storage during installation.Aliglass, submitted a detailed plan & quotation, the Strata Plan determined that the quotation was professional and the price fair and reasonable.Following acceptance of the quotation, Aliglass suggested the most suitable schedule for the installation. As such all residents were notified of how the balustrades would be installed, the time and date of their specific installation.The entire process was smooth (a minor delay was caused by the torrential rain) however, the installation was completed within the estimated time frame.All residents were grateful for the efficient and clean installation and were delighted with the new and compliant balustrades.I would highly recommend Aliglass, they are a very professional company, any concerns were addressed and solved promptly, the company communicated regularly with the appropriate parties, the installation process was efficient and completed within the allocated time frame, and all debris was removed from the site both during and by the completion of the works.They were a pleasure to work with.

We had our aluminum gates and balustrade installed at our house.From the time that Darren came to quote us and took all the details, you could tell the experience he had, providing us with a lot of comfort , knowing that we had the right company. Nicole in the office was always accommodating and kept us up to date throughout the installation.
