They’re not all bad.I ordered from ikea and I expected my delivery on a Friday. I was called multiple times saying the truck was broken and they will deliver on Sat. (They don’t do Sat delivery but I didn’t know that).I called ikea and rescheduled it to the following Monday. I was told that my delivery was sent back to ikea Wharehouse because I was called 3 times with no answer despite the fact I gave the authority to leave. - (I did answer and was told the truck was broken)On Monday however, the deliver came really fast. The two people were nice and brought me my heavy boxes to where I asked them too.It really depends on who is the one delivering your order.

I had to cancel my order with Ikea because this company. The driver was rude and was not ready to park in spite of parking space available. So our entire day was wasted. We contacted Ikea and they had organized our item to be redelivered, but the next day also they failed to deliver. Unprofessional and 0 value for customer's time.

I couldn’t have been happier with the service.I know we tend to complain/rate poorly if it goes wrong but don’t often review when it’s gone right, so the rating overall should be higher!Time slot was 7am - 1pm and it came at 9 am, 2 delivery men were very friendly and careful with the product.They did a great job and I am very happy..

Horrible experience for our ikea delivery, driver asking me to send him a message on his personal phone to say that I take full responsibility if they damage the house during delivery!! Not sure why they need to condition the customer for their job, really disappointing and delivery is messed!!!

My order with IKEA with this company is completely ruined.Booked for afternoon window as I know won’t be at new place before 12, then the driver call me at 9AM said will arrive in 30mins, ask me to hurry?Explain the situation and I was still living 30mins away from the new place, driver call 11am said he is at the front door, told him will try be there asap even still before my booking window, and got 2 flat tire on my way, called driver explained the situation and he hang up on me then IKEA called said the driver left cuz I’m absent.Rebook the delivery which NO SHOW, no phone call no notification, NOTHING. I still don’t know where is my order.I’m in new home sitting on the floor without furniture all thanks to this surprisingly poor service, 0 compassion and rude driver.Really disappointed and please do better.

Never received our Ikea package. Driver made no attempt, even after contacting him, to correct his mistake after delivering our package to the wrong address, he just said contact Ikea"."

Fantastic communication prior to dispatch and during transit. The driver was happy to call on arrival so we could put our pup inside. Great service from start to finish.

Just moved with my 3 year old from overseas. Had organised delivery for a bed on 31/1 12-6. We were home 10am-past 6pm.DID NOT DELIVER or even attempt because no one answered the mobile number. What nonsense. If i pay $1000 and order something, you best believe I am waiting for the freaking delivery.There should be a 0 star rating --- IKEA, why work with these absolute useless people.Now we have no where to sleep and next delivery can't be until Saturday (currently Tuesday!). IKEA customer service was fairly useless.

The worst customer service. We had a delivery from Ikea and the driver seemed to have decided not to unload. There were two people in the truck, one of them did not even bother to get out of the car. And the driver made an excuse that he cannot park on the street. Mind you, there were plenty of car parks, he was just being unreasonable. Well we have had other deliveries before where one driver would stay with the car, and one would take the delivery to the apartment. This one was just unreasonable. Very disappointing.

Appalling customer service! Had an order from Ikea delivered today, with a box missing. Delivery people unloaded and left without notifying us, so only realised after they had driven off. Tried ringing Ikea to see if they could ring the truck and have it turn around. Apparently they couldn't get through to anyone. Tried ringing Kings directly, and were just fobbed off and told to ring Ikea- apparently they didn't have the drivers numbers which is appalling. Makes me think twice about ever ordering through Ikea again. They got sold a dud with this company, and for the sake of their brand name, hopefully change companies!!
