Quality, but very poor customer service and paxkaging. Bought 35 Burgers, the store attendant just slapped all 35 in a freezer bag with no butchers paper or separator in the bag, I asked for it to be packaged properly I was told I how he did it was fine. Gone home and its like I bought Kilos of minced meat!!! Not buying there again, just turn off on laziness and amateur workmanship.

The quality of the meat is great but the customer service is extremely poor. They leave you standing there while they finish off what they are doing, the customer should come first you can go back and finish what you are doing after you serve your customer.

Absolutely disgusted with the quality of the beef mince sold by Sutcliffe Meats Plumpton. The photo clearly shows how they have mixed old mince with new mince, what a disgrace.The service from staff also shockingly poor….I’m not sure how they have achieved a 4.7 star rating.The beef mince from Aldi is better than this, and that says a lot.

We love shopping at Sucliffe Meats Plumpton.It's the only place we get our meat from.The staff are friendly and the store is always clean.The meat always looks fresh and you have a wide variety of choice for all your needs.They have great meat packages for you to choose from and great prices.Its the place where you get good value for your money.We highly recommend them for everyone.

My wife and I go here every 2 weeks or so. The meat is always great. It is always tender and tastes great. We were looked after today by Erin and she was fantastic. With great service and great meats we will always come back.

Thursday ,young fellar was serving 2 ladies, the older one, the one pictured on the site, was cutting & looked up at me , I'm still waiting 5mins later,,then a islander man walked up stood next to me , then he came over & asked he was he right, & this man just went on & ordered wot he wanted, then the Young fellar came to serve me , I spent $35 was going to spend $200 ,but I went elsewhere, I will not be going back
