Usually really good. Was pretty upset that last time when I ordered a warm coffee and said to make sure it wasn't hot, it was still hot. And when I asked for an ice cube, they misunderstood and thought I'd asked for a bunch of ice, so I then had a cold coffee. Should have a way for people to order their coffee properly so this doesn't happen.

As a person that works at a different McDonald’s I actually cook my fries for the right amount of time! They were so uncooked and the fries boxes were half full. Paid $52 for everything I bought and I guess the fries were a waste of money, I’m never eating here again unless they learn to cook and do their job for once! I would rate this 0 stars but that is not possible

What can you say it's a fast food restaurant, Foods ok Staff friendly considering nearly always under the pump with customers, It's ok if you can't be bothered cooking or watching the $

Kings Meadows food quality and service has gone downhill over the past 12 months. Fries are always cold and burgers ‘slapped’ together with egg and bacon falling out of bun. Not a cheap meal anymore so would like to enjoy it hot and well presented. Restaurant very dirty with tables and floor not clean. Come on Management. Do your job and guide and train the young people to do theirs.

Hands down the worst drive through of any take away business anywhere in Tasmanian, I used to live close and get a coffee almost daily in the way to work and would have to allow 20 minutes most times to get through even if there is only a few cars at the time! I was the only one in the drive through the other morning and it was still 11 minutes from the time I pulled up to the time I got my order and it was only a coffee and 2 hash browns.

All we wanted was 2 regular, crisp chicken mcwraps, a fries and 2 coffees. Fries were lukewarm, cold in under 3 minutes. One wrap had a note attached saying extra lettuce...??? One wrap missed the boat on lettuce. The crispy chicken coating was soft and gluggy and not at all enjoyable. All this and the place was not busy at all so where lays the problem?? Training, attitude?? Not a cheap choice these days so we will think twice before returning.

Meal was low quality. Cold as always. Can't hear what they say on microphone/speaker. She asked me to go to window and order.Price is expensive now. Not good value for money as it was before. $40 for 2 low quality meals

Usually the best McDonald's restaurant in Launceston but today was terrible. Filthy tables, floors were sticky and disgusting, toilets were a disgrace, food was cold, no butter for pancakes. Very young bunch of staff members not that it was their fault as no senior leadership operating.
