There are 4 umbrellas with UV protection available on the cancer council website. When my partner and I went in to the Cancer Council Tasmania store hoping to get just 1 of them, none of the 4 umbrellas were available in the store.We spoke with 2 people at the store about it. One of them had an attitude problem, saying Don't they have these where you come from? Why'd you not bring them? They're not called Sunbrellas"The other was really nice

I have lymphoma and I tried to get assistance for a bill and was refused. I have not recieved any assistance this year. These people are given and get a lot of money and they refuse to help me as a cancer patient. I wouldnt donate cos they seem to only help themselves.

Purpose and intent is beyond repute, unfortunately on the operational side of things wouldn't win any awards for efficiency, needs better management.

Such a wonderful service for people with cancer. They are there to help you with the rollercoaster ride that comes with such a diagnosis. Friendly and kind people are there to talk to. They really listen and understand with professional knowledge. They can help with financial problems that will arise along the journey and most of all they are there when you feel so alone.Thank you Cancer Council for all that you have done for me
