Firstly my experience buying a used Mercedes was the best service I ever had. I live in Melbourne and I was looking for a ML500 Mercedes and found the one I was looking for in Mildura. I got in contact with David and he helped me every step of the way including picking me up from the airport to pick up the car. Luke also helped getting to know the car and the paper work. During the purchasing of our Nissan, the staff were friendly, helpful and communication was superb. Once the car was purchased, suddenly communication was not a priority. I have been trying for 3 weeks to have somebody contact me back and have been promised multiple times that the appropriate person will contact me.I will be doing business elsewhere from now on. Disappointed in the treatment we have received.

I have had my Kona for 2 years now and i am still very happy with my purchase. Servicing is painfree and they offered me a free loan car without me asking for one. I recently took the car on a 814km road trip and it was very easy to drive.

Pulled in as headlight globes had blown, Robin assessed what hi&lo beam globes need replacing as I'm on my way to WA. Robin changed them over for me (I already had them). Really great service especially as I travel fulltime and quite a distance from home. Well done Robin and stephanie (receptionist) they both just fitted me in.....terrific service at a moments/unexpected notice. Highly recommend. Thankyou again
