An amazing ExperienceWe had corina and she was given the task of 3 kids (2 being under 18 months)We were sent timely updates at our request and she had the 2 little ones down for bed with no issuesWe can’t thank her and the heaven sent help management enough for a stress free parents night outWill definitely use again and again

It's wonderful to have such a professional, entertaining, skilled team of early child care staff like the team at Heaven Sent looking after our 3 year old Oscar when we visit the Gold Coast on holiday. We have used Heaven Sent as our go-to babysitting service for many years now and we are always very pleased with how much Oscar enjoys his time with them, and how we can relax and unwind – secure in the knowledge he is well cared for while we are out. Absolutely phenomenal service. It made organising a sitter so easy and stress free. Our lovely sitter arrived early, was so engaged with the kids as soon as she arrived, and left them wanting her to come back. She watched them for the day while we headed off for an engagement. Couldn't thank you all enough ❤

So easy to book, even at short notice, Ann was lovely on the phone- excellent communication and follow up.. We had an event to attend on the Gold coast and needed a sitter at the hotel for our toddler. Very reasonable rate and all we had to give was a start time, no fixed end time. Cheryl arrived right on time and very well presented, was wonderful with our son, he loved her straight away so we had no worries at all. Will definitely use heaven sent help again, thankyou :)

Highly recommend! Our first experience using a Babysitter was made so simple and stress free. Sarah was lovely and bonded very quickly with my son, she was able to get him to sleep easily despite him being generally difficult to put down at night. Great experience, we will definitely use this company again in the future!

Highly recommend! Ann’s communication was fantastic, assuring us our daughter would be left in capable hands. The care and support provided by Anne was amazing, we were at ease leaving our 6mth old in her care. Incredible service, would definitely use again.

This was my first time organising a babysitter for my daughter, I was up in Kingscliff for a work conference and needed someone for the whole day and evening. Ann sent us the most amazing lady, Bronwyn, who my daughter just loved! I felt so comfortable and relaxed leaving my daughter with her and Bronwyn sent me pics throughout the whole day. Cannot recommend Heaven Sent services enough! Just wished we lived closer ☺️

Wow! So happy I found this company! Ann has been lovely and so quick to respond. Our babysitter Martha is just amazing! Honestly feels like she has been part of the family for years. So amazing with our two toddlers, who just love her! Thank you so much Martha and Ann, will definitely be booking again next time we're up!
