I had been visiting Butcher on Bundock to purchase meat for past few weeks and had become a regular shopper at their at store, spending between $150 to $200 in a week. In all instances I have had positive experiences and as recent as Saturday 14 March 2020, I had the meat boned/diced by the staff for free and this has always been the case with any butcher in Townsville.Today I was surprised firstly by the attitude of a particular staff member when I asked him to bone it as he was very reluctant to do it for me and secondly he advised he will charge me $10 for each leg of lamb, the owner lost the $60 sale from me and I will not be going there in future. So no more repeat business from me.Amazingly I was the only customer at the time

The only place in Townsville I go to buy meat.Yes they may be pricey but it's definitely worth paying the little bit extra for a superior product.

Very disappointed with the service I received today at your store. Came in to buy goat meat, picked up two shoulder pieces one was $25 and the other was $20. Requested the butcher to cut up the meat for curry pieces. He said that would be an extra $10. Isn't that the service you get when you go to a butcher rather than woolies. I have been here before to buy goat meat and it was always cut into curry pieces for me. I do like the quality of the meat but I refuse to pay an extra $10, for cutting the meat into curry pieces and left. I will not be shopping at Butcher at Bundock any more, if that is your service you provide.

Their Bangalo pork is simply the best pork I’ve ever eaten. Staff always bend over backwards to give you want you want.
