Chloe from The Beauty Section of this place was very helpful! She kindly organised delivery of a gift voucher to my Mother who lives in Albany (I’m in Perth) as it was too late to post for Mothers Day! The other staff have been so helpful! Thank you for great service!

Love the service and I'm not sure who everyone is complaining about but I like this pharmacy since I moved here in April 2022 ❤️

The blow-in pharmacists are incredibly rude and condescending, I have had two unnecessary incidents with these people in the last couple of months, yet I have been spending at the pharmacy for years and it’s been great service!I’d like to give Taha Elshamy a yell out for particularly bad service! Accusing me of been unable to count and when I found it was he who was 2 days out, instead of acknowledging his mistake he refused to see the evidence on my phone and snatched the script from my hands! Announcing loudly to the many waiting customers that I had been abusing my mental health medication! Why??We don’t need these arrogant city blow ins coming into our town treating us like dirt! He deserves not only to loose this job but his trade!

Genuinely the worst pharmacy for scripts!! Absolutely no hurry by the pharmacist - waiting for almost an hour with hardly any other people waiting for scripts.. go elsewhere!

The worst customer service…staff are very rude! Used to be a great pharmacy a couple of years ago but now the staff are just terrible.

Rude horrible little girl insisted I give her an answer to how much panadol I was taking every day when I went to buy one box of osteo. IDk calculate the contents of one box (98 capsules) over several years (3), approximately 0.0894 of a table per day.. Stupid horrible little girl with a nasty attitude inferring I was a drug addict for purchasing one box of panadol every three or so YEARS. I suppose if I buy a box of band aids that makes me a child abusers using her line of questioning.

Joe Hawke has awesome customer service and is really fast at till. Can’t wait to see him at OTC.

For a discount chemist they are NOT at all cheap. Seems to be the most expensive chemist for scripted items in town (at least a $30 mark-up on scripted items). Dispensing/pharmacy staff always seem to be annoyed by the fact you are shopping there. Definitely go elsewhere for price and customer service.

I had one bad experience here, and thought I would give them another chance since I was 'in the area'. WHAT A MISTAKE THAT WAS! I was kept waiting to give my script while 3 ladies talked, joked and laughed in front of me, completely ignoring the fact that I was there. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS. I informed a young girl that I require a tax invoice to redeem money back from Medicare, she screwed up her face and shrugged her shoulders like it was all too hard for her to process. I left there shaking my head. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND DONT GO HERE, STAY AWAY!!!

My daughter recently got her ears pierced at the beauty section. The girl who did it was amazing, we're very happy with the job she did, and she was very friendly too!
