ATV Quad Bike Tour

Just because of Staff Emilly, I wish i can give her -10 (minus 10 star), over all good staff,

The ATV ride came in our hotel package and it was so much fun. The track went through beach, forest, sand and you get magical views. It was adventurous and I think you get your money worth. Huon and Ben were our tour guides and they were top blokes. Professional, organised and caring. We are going again next time.

Had a fab time out on the quad bikes today! They did a good job of splitting out different skill levels and three of us got to go with Abbey and properly experience the fun sand track at decent speeds! Great fun, weather and views! Would definitely recommend and do again! Thanks Abbey!

Definitely recommended if you like riding quads or haven’t tried before. If you want speed, maybe not your thing, fastest I got to at any time was 39km/hr but usually it was between 20-30km/hr. Great views though :)Got to ride with just my family.

We booked the tour from the cruise. It's cheaper to do it directly from them after you go on shore.But, it's just 30mins of just following the guide on specified roads and tracks. No opportunity to drive on your own.Not worth it.

The ATV Tour is neither thrilling due to instructors never going faster than 15kmph or a Tour as you must keep your eyes on the quad infront and there's no opportunity to enjoy the views.Me and my partner booked this directly and after the usual safety video they took us on to the beach to check we could all stop and control the ATV's (everyone could). It was at this point I expected them to sort us into groups and ask if anyone had any experience, this didn't happen instead we followed the instructor up to the track where we did one and a half laps at 12-15 kmph not even coming close to using any of the banked turns after 20 minutes of this we were led back down to the beach and that was it.I then went over to the tours desk to express my disappointment but they had already closed for the day (16:30pm), there was a night manager who I had a chat to, he apologized and said he wished he could help but only the tours team could help with a refund.I have since contacted the tours team by email and so far I've been offered vouchers to ride again, I as many people will probably only visit the island once so their offer feels about disingenuous and has left quite the bitter taste in what was otherwise a lovely island visit.My advice, if you're after a thrill do the sand tobogganing. Now that is something the resort does right.

If you’re Looking for a thrill a minute on Quad bike, this isn’t for you. Slow, poorly maintained quads. I felt so sorry for the people that had bikes break down on the track. An almost child like tour of a pre- determined track. Honestly I couldn’t wait for it to be over. Boring and would find something else to spend your money on. Also Sebb rudest staff to work in tourism/hospitality I have ever come across. Condescending. Stated he’s a direct talker, “I’m Australian”. Yeah so am I. Disgusting attitude.

Awesome attraction. My girlfriend and I went and we had a blast. We were the only ones in the tour and the weather and view was spectacular. Katie our tour guide was amazing too!

Why are the other two groups able to drive up the hill, and our group can only drive back after the beach drive, we paid the same amount and were randomly assigned to the slowest, most boring group, didn't even have a chance to leave the beach, After we came back, the other two groups did not come back because they went to the mountain to play. Another male in the same group as us raised a question, but the staff said that if you want to experience it, you can rebook it. Wth do you really know what you are talking about?!
