stopped in looking for parts for an old mower. James found an old working mower out the back like mine. Gave it to me without asking for anything in return. Between the two mowers I have a great working unit. Outstanding service

Mower would not start, popped in and they diagnosed the issue in about 30 seconds, sold me the required new air filter and spark plug and off I went with a working again mower. Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Thank you.

I was warned about the arrogant and rude people working here and my experience was worse than expected. I would highly recommend shopping elsewhere and not giving these weirdos one cent of your money.

Went in to buy a stihl kombi system. A young guy came over eventually to see what I was doing. He unfortunately didn’t know much about the product so had to keep referring questions to a middle age guy and also an older guy. Wow I can’t work out if these people are arrogant obnoxious or just plain disinterested in working there Maybe it’s because not many dealers have these products at the moment. They make you feel like asking questions is just a pain I just bought the basic unit and decided but all attachments elsewhere The old bloke through a bag with a tool and booklets in front of me after I paid said nothing. If you don’t have to use this company buy from another dealer as I’d hate to have to claim warranty at this shop at north manly. A horrible purchasing experience

A friend of mine purchased an extension for a hedger a few months ago. It broke last week. I haven't been using it often maybe 15 times in the time that I've owned it. I came today the 31st of March to try and get help. I was greeted by one of the workers there and as soon as I explained to him my situation he looked at the part and shook his head. I felt like he didn't care too much and wasn't willing to help. I wanted the part to be taken to sthil as I felt it was a faulty part but the worker didn't want to hear of it. It's a shame that this is how they treat customers. This wasnt my first time there and have been buying there tools for a while but it WAS certainly my last time. I needed more tools and oils but I will take my money elsewhere. It's a poor result of not caring about customers.
