I had to have wisdom tooth removed. Chose to go through a specialist as my dentist reassured me it would be quick and I’d be walking out of there in 10 minutes. He wasn’t wrong it was very quick , I was actually pretty impressed.I was given 3 injections before the extraction and I honestly didn’t feel them at all. The nurse was nice and she provided good after care education.I would happily return, it was a good experience. It’s been a month and no issues at all.

I recently had an impacted wisdom tooth extracted by Dr Crombie, the whole experience has been great. I was able to book the procedure easily over the phone and get in within a short time frame. Dr Crombie explained everything to me, he was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. The whole procedure was over before I even realised which was fantastic. The consultation prior to the extraction was bulk billed which meant the overall cost was less than quoted, again fantastic. His office has since checked in with me both over the phone and via email to make sure I am going well. I was also given really easy to follow aftercare instructions which has made healing easy.

My 16 year old Nephew had his 4 wisdom teeth removed through Dr Crombie at the chermside private hospital. The service was exceptional both at the initial appointment in Dr Crombies rooms and during the surgery at the hospital. A follow up phone call to check in on my nephew also occurred to check in on recovery. Would recommend Dr Crombie and his team.

My child Miller attending for a front tooth removal and another one brought down on a chain.Consultation was very quick and felt DR Crombie was very blasé, but thought it was just a day he was having.On day of removal, felt so rushed with everything. No - to little communication from Dr Crombie. One finished the communication around medication the nurse had no idea and said she would find out. Never did had to sort it out myself.Dr Crombie left the room after the surgery and left the nurse in a panic and Rush to clean my daughter up, with tubes everywhere, and get us out as quick as possible. Was happy to rush us to the room for payment.Found Dr Crombie quite rough with my daughter as well. Will never be returning.

I went in for a consultation on Tuesday. I was feeling very unwell due to an infected tooth and also anxious because i knew it would have to be removed. I went in, was assessed and Dr Crombie suggested that it be removed immediately. This procedure was very quick, excellently executed and I felt very comfortable. I have never had a tooth removed in a chair, and with only local anesthetic. I would highly recommend this doctor and his team. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. Having a tooth removed is never fun and not without pain after the local anesthetic but I was given the right medication and advice to get me through. Thank you so much.

Awesome dentist, very good practice, however I have to agree with some of the reviews and things that people say,They are very rough/quick with you, and it does hurt a lot when they do the needles, however if you read the doctor’s response to a review about that, he explains it, and he is very honest and kind and does care for his patients, and so do the staff,It’s very challenging to get around the pain of numbing needles so I assume they are quick about it because the faster they do it, the quicker you feel better,And yes the staff can also be rude and short with you I have experienced it, but you have to understand that they work with a lot of patients and I assume a lot of their patients aren’t always the nicest, so you can imagine why they seem rude themselves sometimes, I would just say that they are probably tired of certain things and having to repeat them.You must follow the care plan carefully and do not hesitate to contact them and ask things/mention things, just be ready for a hasty response. :)

I was referred to Dr Crombie to have an extremely painful wisdom tooth removed.After reading the reviews on the very morning of my appointment I felt quite nervous as some of them were not good.So imagine my surprise when I got there and everyone was lovely.Donna is an absolute gem, she made me feel relaxed, answered all of my questions and we even had a laugh. Then Dr Crombie came and he was absolutely lovely too. Had a chat with me, explained what he was going to do and did it quite quickly and easily. He also has a wonderful bedside manner.After it was all done both the doctor and Donna explained what I need to do when I get home and if I have any concerns at all I am to contact them. I was then taken to Kerry to pay my bill and she was just as lovely.I cannot recommend them highly enough. Professional, friendly, lovely, kind caring team.Thank you to all of you at Dr Anthony Crombies offices for making a scared woman feel at ease.

NB this is my wife’s review. She is a technophobe so doesn’t have her own online presence….I had an abscess and had been to several dentists who had provide me conflicting options, most of which involved significant and what I now realise would have been unnecessary and expensive work.Dr Crombie was recommended to me by a friend of my Daughter (she is a GP) and I am glad she did.Consultation:- Dr Crombie was Professional, communicated well, provided a detailed description of my options and provided his recommendation. He answered all my questions directly and made me feel at ease and that my interests were front and centre in his diagnosis.Operation:- Like many, I am a nervous patient. I was checked in efficiently and quickly. I was taken through to the pre-op, had my details checked diligently (although by the fourth time confirming my name, DoB etc I was wondering if they had insight about someone who wanted to take my place on the operating table?) At one stage I was shivering and they provided me warmed blankets. Just excellent care and attention. I can’t say the op was enjoyable (it is the dentist after all) but the whole experience was seamless, relatively painless and stress free. I highly recommend Dr Crombie and his team.Just to put this review into context, I am in my 60’s and this is the first time I have written a review about a dentist.

Team know what they are doing.Quick, easy, and fast! So fast!Team are great and pretty funny. :) The Doc him self is a champ.10 out of 10 would recommend.If i had more molars to pull out, I'd go back here.
