Dodgy company, changes business name every few months declaring bankrupt. Go ask any reputed car mechanic or a legitimate insurance provider in Melbourne their name and they will describe their malpractices to you.Avoid them at any cost.

I have been with Royal for the last 4 years. This was my first claim at fault. The admin girls were very helpful especially Seema. She kept me in loop throughout the process. Thanks for dealing with my case swiftly and smoothly. One stop shop in the west for all rideshare insurance and repairs.

Great crew. Great customer service. Nice work down by the team. They took longer than expected to fix my car but the job done was of high quality. Thanks for the replacement vehicle !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not a great experience. Its been 8 months and I am still struggling to get the insurance sorted. They claim they will do it but do not give anything in written or answer calls from the other party. Its so sloppy that now I am getting legal notices on my name still no action by this taxi club. plz be aware..

Best taxi club insurance. Very friendly staff and Deepak is very understanding and lovely. I am huge fleet and never had issues with him, he always cover my cars. Here is a picture of my car which they fixed and i was very happy about it.

I can’t speak highly enough of royal taxi club in sunshine north!!!! We were under terrible circumstances as our car was stolen but yachna and kiran managed the whole process from start to finish with their most amazing can do attitude". I received regular updates on the repairs and was provided with one of their cars during the entire process. It’s not often you receive service as superior as that I received from taxi clubs.
