Don’t waste your time!!I placed an order on 26/6 for items for my daughters 1st birthdayAfter zero communication/nothing being received, I emailed on 23/7 to be told the order had been sent, I was told they would get back to me on Monday (26/7) with tracking details.After zero response I emailed on 3/8 to be told it was ‘lost in transit’ and would be remade and sent that day.After zero communication, again, I emailed on the 14/8 to at this stage let them know if it hadn’t yet been posted I would like a refund, I was told the items were sent and I would be sent the tracking information on Tuesday (17/8).AGAIN after zero communication, I emailed on 23/8 to let Jacinta know I was yet to receive anything - no tracking number and no product, I was then just sent an automated refund notification email with no explanation of where the product I ordered could be.Atrocious customer service from this company, and with all communication being with the owner of the business - how disappointing.Thank god we have been in lockdown and my daughters party postponed, otherwise we would’ve had a party without the products I’d ordered 2 months prior.I would save your time and money and go somewhere else, this company clearly doesn’t care for their customers or sales that aren’t of bid enough value to them.

We have recently ordered shop signage. Little bee marketing exceeded our expectations on all fronts. From the initial discussions with you guys, the price, the speed of completion and the finished product! We are thrilled! Looking forward to working with you again!

Had the headache of trying to find a company who could print and help design a few things for my business. Google wasn’t much help but I found this cute logo called “little bee marketing”. So I sent through an email (after business hours) in a desperate attempt to get these materials printed. Five minutes later I had a response from Jacinta whom was quick to state that it would be done, no worries, the very next day! The team are extremely professional, and the design and recommendations for printing materials are next to perfect! A massive shoutout to Chris who is a bloody legend, each individual at Little Bee Marketing go out of their way to make you feel apart of their work family, with an amazing culture and attitude towards every individual customer! Highly highly recommend for all your printing and signage in Townsville! I don’t know how I’d be able to advertise and have beautiful works for my business without them! Excellent service.We set ourselves a goal of trying to obtain a significant competitive advantage in our industry.After some initial analysis, they not only made us aware of some critical things we were missing, but then collaborated very professionally with our in house design team to implement the required changes.Certainly a worthwhile investment.

I needed some business cards made up but I had no ideas or even a logo/design ready. I called for a chat and Jye talked me through ideas based around my new business structure and came up with professional ideas and a sophisticated design which fits my branding perfectly.
