I was treated badly at this store all because she did not want to be serving with 6 people deep at the registers and the woman from the bakery chucked my fruit in the bags bruised my grapes and nectarines charged me $6.99 a kg for my $2.50 kg pears $20 fi a bag of pears!!! I will not be going back and the lack of service in this store is appalling.

extremely unprofessional. they hire children that stand around talking and watching the customers instead of working. then the workers complain about having to serve customers. honestly feel sorry for woolworths with the bad workers they hire these days

Went to collect an click and collect, waited 15 minutes for someone to come out to hand me my online order just to look thru it and find out some of my chilled items where missing, called the store and told them about it only to find out that three of my chilled bags where not given to me and where put in another fridge" as i was told. Then waited another ten minutes for her to come out with my bags. when I told the lady next to me about it I found out that they gave her someone else receipt and not hers. pretty disappointing if you ask me."

Supermarkets have become increasingly bad experiences with so few staff at checkouts. Long lines at checkouts, cramped, awkward self serves which are inappropriate for more than a few small items. Fresh food very disappointing also, particularly fruit. An overall awful experience.

Easy enough to get around, bakery department doesn't seem as wide a range as Ooralea but that might just be the time I was shopping at. Self serve checkout always easy to use now.

The worst service of any Woolworths anywhere. All prices are sky high and it’s normal to stand in line waiting for a checkout for 20 minutes easily on weekends. I will never shop in your store again
