I was charged twice the price it takes to supply and install fly screens. When asked about this unfair price, the reason changed multiple times and the responses were quite illogical. Always good to compare prices with other suppliers .

Needed a small repair job. Firstly told to send photos they didn't respond, l called back after a week and was told to find someone else, then they call and ask if l still interested in them doing the job l agree and make a time, but one arrives l call and l get a very rude and aggressive person having a go at me .

I recently had windows installed in my property by Renma. Most windows had scratches. I reported the matter to Renma and they reluctantly sent out a gentleman to do the inspection. This guy advised the windows are beyond the standard buff work they would normally do and required replacement. He reported the matter back to Renma but they denied the windows would have left their factory in such condition. I had the displeasure of dealing with an Andrea there. She was confrontational, arrogant and didn’t listen.I would NEVER recommend the services of Renma.

My Renma shower screen door lasted 2 years before exploding into small and large shards of dangerous glass. Luckily no one was in the bathroom at the time. I have since learnt this phenomenon of exploding tempered glass is well doccumented and due to miniscule faults in the glass or poor installation. The worst part is Renma advised me SHOWER SCREEN WARRANTY DOES NOT INCLUDE PROBLEMS WITH THE GLASS!!!!! Said they would charge me half price if i purchaced a new door!!!I cared for the shower screen as advised and expected an apology and a repreplacement immediately after only 2 yrs.
